Return & Refund Policy

At Soko, we want you to love your purchase. If you are not fully satisfied, we offer a flexible return process to ensure you find the perfect pair.

No Refunds

Please note that we do not offer refunds on any purchases, as every pair is handcrafted in limited quantity. 

Replacements & Store Credit

You can request:
   •    A size replacement (for the same product or another style of the same value), or
   •    Store credit (valid for future purchases)

Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return, the product must:
   •    Be returned within 7 days of delivery
   •    Be unworn, unused, and in its original condition
   •    Have all tags intact and original packaging
   •    Pass our quality check after it is received

   •    Size Exchange is subject to availability

Non-Eligible Returns

We will not accept returns if:
   •    The pair shows signs of wear
   •    Tags or packaging are missing
   •    The return is initiated after 7 days
   •    The product fails the quality check

Return Process
   1.    Email or WhatsApp our support team with your order number and reason for return.
   2.    Once approved, ship the product back to us using a reliable courier service.
   3.    After inspection, we will issue a replacement or store credit as per your preference.

Shipping Costs

Shipping charges for returning the product are to be borne by the customer.
Store credit does not include the original shipping fee.
